The nursery is now closed for the winter.
What a year it has been! Starting with the ‘Beast from the East’, summer beginning in May when we were watering for 6-7 hours a day just to keep the plants alive, followed by brilliant autumn colours. I wonder what the winter will bring us.
After a much needed short break, we will be busy preparing for the spring ahead.
We will re-open the gate on Friday 1st March 2019.
I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the staff and volunteers, both past and present, for their invaluable effort and support through all of the highs and lows which inevitably come with running an independent business.
My special thanks go to our loyal customers who have continuously encouraged and supported us over 28 years come rain or shine. We definitely would not still be here without you.
